Project
HYDRA (Hart Youth Development Resource Association) puts young
first-offenders into a recreation and mentor program as part of
an informal probation. In HYDRA's first year of operation, juvenile
complaint calls fell by 14% and incarcerations by 25%. |

Teen
Time (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:00-7:00pm on Saturday 8:00
a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) Activities include: crafts, music, recreational
activities and educational programming. Snacks and adult supervision
are provided. Targeted for ages 10-15.

Botvin’s
Life Skills Training – Teaches social skills, decision making
skills, conflict resolution, how to deal with peer pressure, stress,
family situations.
