The Hart County District Attorney's Office prosecutes all felony crimes on behalf of the citizens of Hart, Elbert, Franklin, Madison, and Oglethorpe Counties. This office is an advocate for the rights of victims, collaborates with other governmental and private agencies to prevent crime; and strives to make Hart County a safer community for all its residents.
