Departments of Hart County Government

The Hart County government is organized into eight major operating departments and one administrative department. Each major operating department is headed by a director who reports directly to the county administrator, who in turn is directly responsible to the Board of Commissioners. The Public Works Department is further divided into three sub-departments: Roads, Solid Waste, and Maintenance.
